I got a one pint X-Range Wortley Brass Trim Pewter Tankard, complete with engraving, for my son's graduation, along with a wooden presentation box. When it showed up, I was over the moon with the quality of the product, and that wooden box was definitely worth the extra cash. I’d totally recommend this company and what they offer.

The engraving is really nice, but when it comes to the tankards, I ordered them from Europe because I expected the pewter quality to be much better than what we have in the States. Instead, I ended up with a tin cup. I'm honestly pretty let down, and to make matters worse, the sigals are barely sticking on with the glue they used. These were meant to be gifts for the grooms, but it feels like I just tossed over $600 out the window. On the bright side, the delivery was super quick from when I placed the order!

I got myself a simple pint-sized pewter tankard with some text engraved on it. The tankard showed up all wrapped up in polyethylene foam, packed inside a little black cardboard box (I skipped the gift box option). The customer service was super quick to respond (even at 7 PM). I'd surely use this service again if I need something.

For about 15 years, I've been purchasing tankards from this company. Their service has always been top-notch, and the quality was solid... but unfortunately, I need to look for alternatives now.

The tankards now feel really light and flimsy. They say nothing has changed in their supply, but the weights have dropped by 20%...
- Newest tankard = 260g
- Old tankard = 320g
- Old glass bottom tankard = 380g

Their responses have been brief and not helpful, which led me to this choice.

I got the tankard and was really impressed with how it was wrapped up since it was a gift for Father’s Day. But, I was bummed to see the seal around the glass started coming off after just a month. I reached out to the company to share my concerns, but I didn’t even get a reply or an apology, which shows the poor customer service I’ve experienced since buying it.

Now, I can’t use this product anymore because I’m worried the glass bottom might just drop out. It wasn’t exactly cheap, and yet it’s come apart so fast. I definitely won’t be using this company again.

I got this as a gift for my Best Man. Honestly, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, but David was super patient and went back and forth with me over email about 14 times until I was satisfied with the design.

I got myself a tankard and it looks fantastic.

Pros:
1. This tankard looks awesome, makes me feel like a true dwarf while sipping.
2. It has runes carved into it. They’re stunning, though I feel a bit less like a dwarf since I can’t really decipher them.
3. No leaks at all. Though I might have leaked a bit after filling and emptying it a bunch of times...

Cons:
1. You can spot tiny scratches if you really go looking with a microscope.
2. The delivery to Denmark was super quick, I didn’t even have a chance to complain.
3. Honestly, I can’t think of a third thing to gripe about...

Overall, it’s a great product. I’m really enjoying it so far. Plus, they were super helpful when I reached out for assistance.
